WHAT GRADUATES ARE SAYING
“Attending the Yoga for Athletes training with Leslee Trzcinski at Tune Yoga was an incredible experience that exceeded all of my expectations. Leslee is down-to-earth, approachable, and has a fantastic sense of humor, making the learning process not only enjoyable but also highly engaging. Her deep knowledge of yoga, experiential anatomy, and yoga for athletes was evident in every session, and I walked away feeling truly empowered.
What stood out to me the most was how much this training expanded my understanding of the human body and sports training. Leslee’s unique approach highlighted how yoga can be applied not just in the studio but in a wide range of athletic contexts. I now have the tools and confidence to work with athletes of all levels, from weekend warriors to professionals, and to incorporate yoga into their training programs in meaningful ways.
This course has also been a game-changer for my yoga business. I’ve been able to expand into new communities and offer services that cater specifically to athletes, something I wasn’t able to do before this training. Whether you're looking to deepen your knowledge of yoga or learn how to better support athletes, I highly recommend this training to anyone looking to grow as a yoga teacher and professional. I look forward to her next offering.”
