Athletes, let me give you a new perspective. Hi, I’m Leslee – an athlete, too—and a mama, a wife, an anatomy geek, an OG internationally ranked pro cyclist, and a hardcore yoga flygirl with a serious potty mouth. I never want to lose my edge and am trained to help you hone yours. Wherever in your journey, let’s find performance gains and keep you in the game.
I was slated to ride in the Tour de France Feminin, but shattered my collarbone instead. That injury inspired Tune’s signature “anatomy in action” programming: a cultivated expertise and a proven approach that even seriously injured athletes can rebound stronger in both body and mind. That’s the core of our trainings for yoga teachers, movement specialists, serious students, and athletes to say no to plateau.
Pardon my French, but what’s the true measure of strength – in body and mind? With Tune, there’s no universal definition. And what’s it really mean to be an athlete, or help athletes get stronger? Same answer. Let’s together explore best practices, gain deep bench knowledge, and build confidence, putting ego aside and being open to new potential, with achievements more than you may have thought possible.
There is no one way for an athlete or yogi to look. The human body is beautiful in all its forms and functions, actions and reflections, stages and ages. Tune can help you defy gravity and leap preconceived notions in a single bound—all while moving your body with purpose and intention.
There’s nothing wrong with knowing what you want. A class a week. Or unlimited classes for a year. Tune’s On Demand Library offers monthly, annual and TuneMax subscriptions. Or take live classes including Core Lit, Alignment Yoga or occasional, fun pop-ups. Be the boss of you—and your practice—and insist that it take you where you need to go.
Is Not About
Men Or Pausing
There is no period at the end of this sentence. Not when you continue to kick some serious butt while becoming the best version of yourself. I can help you go for the gold with grit and grace.
