“Kitchen Sink” with a little Core, Standing Poses, and THE FEET!
On the mat first then standing with key theme of slight internal rotation of the leg (at the feet) and a little light core work. Then some “fancy foot work” focusing on the calves and feet in specific moves. It’s a gooooood one! Used: blanket, block, wall, chair.
