Classic Yoga Class using Chair - From mat to standing and back to mat again

A quick “plug” for the yoga bible of Light on Yoga, authored by B.K.S. Iyengar. Buy a copy and minimally read his “What is Yoga” at the beginning. We do a sequence informed by Iyengar’s guidance; from starting on back with blanket roll opening chest to standing and back to supine positions. Used: blanket, chair, strap.
