This popular TUNE alignment yoga class has been on Zoom for a few years, and now nicely evolved!
Join us for a great hybrid and creative exploration of a variety of amazing movement modalities and considerations. While yoga (and pranayama) still anchor the intention and the sequencing, other proven techniques are now part of the weekly mix: like mobility**, functional movement science, physical therapy, research, anedotal feedback, Pilates, strengthening principles, orthopedic wisdom, and more. (Occasionally even a little short anatomy lesson in there too!).
We are expanding the container to live as optimized and perform as possible in OUR OWN BODIES. Yay! Join us.

EQUIPMENT NEEDS (ideal but not mandatory)
2 yoga blocks
a yoga strap (dog leash, robe belt, old bike tire)
2 yoga blankets or equivalent (beach towels)
a yoga bolster (if possible)
a chair (ideally armless)
accèss to a wall (occasional use; even off camera view is fine)
