  • SAFE, SUPER EFFECTIVE CORE CANISTER FOCUS

  • Back care sensitive but effective and powerful for ALL

  • Research based core activation tools proven on elite athletes to those recovering from injury - including the back

  • This focuses on the WHOLE core canister - front, sides, and back!

  • PLUS JOINT MOBILITY work woven in every class

REIMAGINE yourself feeling EMPOWERED from the DEEPEST CORE.

This class is is a return from a popular class Leslee taught for a few years! It is reimagined with even more understanding of how to power the deepest core with the smartest, safest moves that still protect the back but aid in quality movement through the whole body. “Proximal stability for distal mobility” is an anatomy saying - meaning the better engagement from the deep and superficial core, the more fluid we move our limbs (shoulders/arms/wrists/hands, hips/legs/ankles/feet).

We will do a short series in June then kick off a regular class in the fall! Join me!
