    Your Spine, Your Movement - Yoga, Functional Movement, Anatomy-based Explorations
    A key - and core - focus, this class is phenomenal and critical for all levels - whether experiencing back pain, as well as those who wish to keep it at bay as best possible. Very safe approach blends yoga with physical therapy moves Leslee has learned through her own journey keeping sports injuries and genetic predisposition at bay and then navigating out of a recent back pain period. She focuses on moves that are evidence-based, safe, anatomy and injury informed to strengthen the lower back and full posterior chain. This helps correct poor movement patterns by addressing mechanical imbalances and weaknesses.

  • Each session is 8 weeks long

  • Tuesdays, 10am to 11:10am EST (70ish minute class)

  • On Zoom - upon class registration, link and details sent via email

  • Classes recorded and shared immediately after - registration includes access to an easy to use page with recordings for easy re-watch

  • Minimal equipment required - occasional use of wall, chair, yoga strap, blanket or beach towel
