Total Body Variety of Moves with Weights (Bicep Curl Lunges, Turkish get-ups, etc., etc.)

Hey everyone! Time for another strengthening workout— we'll be using weights, bands, and our bodyweight. Keep a chair handy for some cool moves. We're also exploring half Turkish Getups and other enjoyable stuff. Let's do this! Used: weights, bands, chair.
