Stretch/Yoga - Movement and Analysis of the Thoracic Spine (55 mins)

Focus is on spinal and narrowing on the low back. Today however we start with the mid back – the thoracic spine – that directly aligns with our 12 ribs and is literally the back bone of the heart and lungs. It is the least mobile side bending and twisting part of the spine and has an inherent dullness that needs attention and dedicated range of motion. Used: rolled blanket or towel, a strap and a few blocks.
