Dynamic Balance with Weights
Hand weight launch with various moves both standing and supine. Dynamic balance will continue to be a KEY theme for us. You'll need a few handweights - I prefer plastic covered metal kettlebells of varying weights starting at 5, 10, 15. You'll also need a foam roller for the end, or a block and tennis ball. Used: handweights, foam roller or a block and tennis ball.
