Join this weekly class in the spirit that yoga is about consistency, not intensity. We focus on the TUNE signature style of alignment and “anatomy in action” – using key principles of structural outer body understanding, exploration and curiosity to foster deeper inner focus and holistic yoga benefit. Lots of NEW things offered in these classes – always relearning best approaches to individual bodies and changes.
Pranayama and savasana also play critical roles in this weekly class.
