Focus on the glutes - it's incredible how many times they are "shut off" or have "amnesia". We open with mobility work to create hip joint space; standing hits a little mess up of me wrongly cueing SINGLE LEG ROMANIAN DEADLIFT which will continue to be a focus area for us in this class....
