Started with neck tension release and practiced in a gentle, gracious way, “less can be more” mentality. Standing poses energizing the spinal muscles for stability – standing poses modified for less range of motion but nice circulation impact. Balance poses – tree and standing hamstring stretch. Then to floor for hamstring and hip attention and sweet savasana. Used: block, blanket, chair, strap.
