Pranayama & Strength Through Rest

A gentle yoga sequence beginning and ending with pranayama (breath) practices. Grab bolster, a few blankets, a few blocks and settle in. Remember LESS IS MORE. Let the body rest little and adapt to strength through that rest. Used: bolster, blanket, blocks.
