Full class practice on optimize the hips to aid proper squats, joint safe lunges, and training the hip hinge. Segmented into three practice parts: Safe hip joint moves analyzed through postural mobility moves combined with traditional yoga poses. Hip capsule mobilization; flexion combined with external rotation with foot/ankle stable; fun flow of poses from lunge dropping back heel to W1 to pyramid to triangle variation to half moon – WHEW! Used: blanket, chair, blocks.
