Accessible, applied anatomy targeting athlete’s bodies but very relevant and applicable to all.

Understand and teach from how the layers and differing fiber directions of our comprehensive core (front, side, back) dramatically impact both athletic performance and general healthy functional movement.

The core can become an energy leak in sport performance, most typically toward the end of a long game, hard race, or grueling set. It’s vital to use both repetition and variation to strengthen and mobilize the core’s layers – from the shoulders to the glutes. And, did you know, many posture experts believe the muscles in the back should be 30% stronger than the rest of the torso core for optimized posture and performance.
