SEPT 7, 2023 – Getting back into it after a hiatus! A review of single leg Romanian deadlift form, balancing and hip alignment analysis, supine work on back and belly, and some TFL busters!

SEPT 14, 2023 – Unique ways to use the block then the weights for overall body toning. Let’s get to work. Have a foam roller close for our last 15 minutes…

SEPT 21, 2023 – OMG – “around the world” = around the whole body. Some new and “funky” fun stuff. We do a little squat assessment/analysis with some continuation of the importance of alignment. Get going. You’ll need weights, yoga strap in a closed loop, a yoga block and a wall ideally, or chair.

SEPT, 28, 2023 – NEW funky body weight moves on the floor; along with non-weighted half Turkish get-ups. Alignment focus continues to be a strong message on the floor and standing. Three rounds of SLRD and some other standing weight work with ankles also a focus today.
