what you should know for class
- mats and props are provided at studio, or bring your own
- arrive 10 mins early; new students need to fill out an intake form and meet the instructor
- come on a relatively empty stomach – no large meal one to 1.5 hours prior to class
- bring water for before/after class
- bring an open mind, a courageous spirit and a restless curiosity to learn

pricing
- Yoga at Finger Lakes Yoga Center is on an 8 week session cycle (8 classes). My classes at this studio are $110 per session (about $13 per class) or $15 drop in for one class. First class is free if you have not practiced with me or come to that studio before. Classes must be used during that 8 week session and do not carry over to the next session.
- Indoor cycling/Core Rhythm Pilates – Package pricing – $15 drop in or 4 classes for $48 or 8 classes for $80 with 20% one time introductory discount if you say you are with Leslee (pkg does not expire/ can be used other classes at CRP except reformer.)
- Indoor cycling / Hardcore CrossFit (Linda Bombard) – $10 drop in or 10 classes/$85.
- Private yoga with Leslee – one hour session – $70 / session Recommended private plan: a SERIES of 4, one hour privates for $200 ($50/each) – paid 1st session – includes handout so that you can continue practicing at home – consistency is key!
- Private cycling coaching with Leslee – contact me for details - Lots of options

how to pay for classes and workshops
1. credit card - Visa, MC, AMEX, Discover. Either over phone or at studio.
2. utilize PayPal – secure, fast, easy. Go to PayPal.com and then go to “Transfer” in the navigation. Then under Transfer, select “Send someone money” and follow the instructions. The email you will send to is:  leslee@tuneyoga.com  You and I will both get a confirmation from PayPal of the transaction
3. send check – inquire with Leslee for address and details
4. pay cash – at studio.

refund policy:
No refunds for pre-paid classes or workshops unless you can secure someone to take your place. Special arrangements can be made in unique circumstances to transfer the payment of one workshop to another – dependent upon specific workshop content and sizes. Contact Leslee for more details.

Relax. Renew. Recover. Indulge for a delicious 2.5 hours of restorative yoga that truly allows for recovery and renewal from daily life and sports training. Use of essential oils (optional) as well as bolsters, blankets, blocks, sandbags and eye pillows enhance the neutral, supported postures that allow the body to sink into a deeper state of relaxation and calm the mind and the body. Restorative yoga is a MUST for athletes or anyone looking to refresh and go to the next level. $35 includes small vial of essential oil lotion yours to keep. It is believed the muscles in the back should be 30% stronger than the rest of our “cylinder” core to have optimal posture – whether you want a better sports performance or just to feel better day to day. This unique workshop is a popular topic and the knowledge gained invaluable. Explore traditional and non-traditional yoga postures to deeply feel the many layers of back musculature and see anatomy diagrams as well to help more comprehensively learn and then apply. $35 includes detailed color handout. Disc issues (herniation, bulging, rupture), scioliosis, muscle imbalance, leg length discrepancy, poor chronic movement patterns, genetic maladies  – some of these things we can change, some we can’t. Learn critical functional movements and basic but EFFECTIVE and POWERFUL yoga postures that will give you the freedom of movement safely while building awareness around what you can and can’t (or shouldn’t) do.  $35 includes detailed color handout. Downward dog and Warriors 1, 2 and 3. Deep analysis of form, structure and in-depth cueing to really dissect basic and beautiful  poses so essential to our practice.  This workshop will be great for a beginner yogi and extremely interesting and valuable to the seasoned practitioner.  During a regular class we just don’t have time to delve so deeply into these key structures, so join this workshop and catapult your understanding to the next level.  $35 includes handout. WORKSHOP: STALKING THE WILD PSOAS
(and the supporting cast of piriformis and quad)

This amazing 16” hip flexor (pronounced “so-as”) plays such a KEY role in our lives – not just physically but even emotionally as a key place we hold and store trauma. This stablilzer is the only muscle crossing from top to bottom (through the waist) and back to front. Activity and especially Inactivity make the psoas stiff and needing to compensate for other hip flexors, piriformis, the hamstrings and quadriceps.  Bring suppleness to this muscle and life is good! This workshop explores traditional yoga postures and many non-traditional mobility sequences that bring awareness to the psoas and how to both release it and strengthen it.  $35 includes color handout. A must for athletes (runners, cyclists, triathletes, other) or ANYONE who sits a lot or experiences low back pain or other issues in the lower extremities. Hip flexors and hamstrings are notoriously tight on most in our population and a host of pain and malfunction is the result. Learn ways to use yoga easily at home or enhance your practice with awareness around pelvis symmetry, key postures to do daily, and other things throughout the day to help you thrive.  $35 includes handout. Unveiling the mystery of the power of your breath

A methodical, approachable and basic way to see and understand the role of our breath. Different kinds of breathing will enhance your mood, your recovery, your yoga, your sports, your life. Learning how to apply core principles of strength in a weak/underutilized core (mainly back and shoulders) and flexibility in the power muscles (quads, glutes, hamstrings) to ensure optimal power, efficiency, endurance. This is an extended workshop that spends 2 hours on the yoga mat, then time on YOUR bike (on trainer) that you bring for form analysis, application of the yoga principles we review and how to ensure position is not hindering – but rather propelling - your ascent to the next level. $55 includes large color handout.
