WORKSHOP #3: SUNDAY, NOVEMBER 9, 1:30 – 4:30pm
CORE STRENGTH + MIDLINE STABILITY (YOUR BEST POSTURE TOOL)

The most popular workshop: Your yoga, your sport and general daily movement, requires better core strength - responsible for so many movements that we take for granted every day. Sports demand core strength but typically don’t build it. Rather, the core is an “energy leak” that impairs your performance and wellbeing. That midline stability is incredibly important for supporting the limbs twisting, in bending, and in finding strength to extend the body in various activities All movements truly come from the core muscles; in this workshop we’ll explore gaining greater awareness of their location, their function and their use in yoga and in daily functional movements. See how you “score” in critical movements. Not to miss to take your yoga to the next level, help eradicate cranky back aches or just move more freely and confidently. $35 includes handout. Pre-register and pre-pay - via credit card. You can also pay via check - contact Leslee for details.
